Tinker, I would like to thank you and your guide service for your commitment to quality fishing. I was part of the Boykin party to fish on Sept. 3, but heavy storms caused the lake to be almost fishable. The guide was nice, knowledgable, and very honest with us on the conditions. This is the second time I have used your service and would continue to recommend your service. I just wanted to thank everyone involved for the great striper trips Tinker’s provided for us on Friday and Saturday. The fact that Mike and Tinker were willing to take us out again on Friday, after a poor morning of fishing, shows how dedicated your organization is at satisfying it’s customers. That service experience will bring my family and It's business back along with any business I can point your way.

I also wanted to point out how impressed we were with Mike Blakely. He worked his rear-end off getting us fish. From offering to take us back out on Friday to the incredible response he had to the bait tank quitting, he impressed all of us. I thoroughly hope Tinker realizes what an asset to the organization he is. Mike definitely will be our requested guide any time we go out.

This is what I do everyday, being in the Quality field, I judge how well products and services are rendered to customers. In any organization the overall goal is to satisfy or exceed customer expectations. This goal can be elusive, just due a customers expectations not being exactly what your product or service is. However, you guys have hit it right on the head; your service is beyond exceeding expectations.
